Competence areas
EnterCard is a matrix organisation; our Nordic functions provide the expertise and knowledge required for effective local execution in each country.
Our core competence areas are:
- Corporate development, marketing and market analysis – Our strength is to target relevant offers to different customer segments with specific needs. The success lies in thorough analysis of customer data, combined with a good sense of communication. EnterCard has many employees with a background in corporate development, marketing, communications, CRM, digital marketing or analysis.
- Credit risk and law – Providing credit to customers is associated with a huge level of responsibility, in addition our business is strictly regulated by laws and regulations. Prior to e.g. a marketing campaign, a number of colleagues from market, law, risk and IT closely collaborate to secure that the credit limits offered are suitably matched to the customer.
- Finance and economics – EnterCard is the Nordic leader in analysing customer data and ensuring that we reach profitability in our card portfolios. This requires considerable expertise in analysis and modelling, but also in economics. EnterCard has many employees with backgrounds in statistics, mathematics, finance or economics.
- Customer service – Having satisfied customers and partners is a prerequisite to creating long term relationships. Half of EnterCard’s employees are dedicated to providing good service and customer support either via telephone or digital channels. Customer feedback helps us to continually improve our products and services. Our customer support centres are placed within the wider business in all countries, which enhances collaboration with other departments
.
- IT and business development – Card payments are completely dependent on efficient and secure systems. IT is therefore seen as the backbone or hub of our business. Technological innovation also drives us to continuously develop and renew our card solutions and systems. The complexity of our IT systems forces us to constantly ensure that we have a high level of competence within IT, infrastructure and project management.
