Being Genuine is about being transparent, responsible and treating people with respect and trust. This is particularly important given that our business is about money and various types of financial solutions. All credit giving is built on a mutual trust between the one who borrows and the one who lends money.
EnterCard’s corporate culture is also marked by diversity. We have colleagues from the Nordic countries and beyond. We also have a number of employees from Barclaycard, who are based in the Nordics in order to share knowledge and experience from our owner. Even though our corporate language is English, much of the communication is done in local languages.
