Be attentive when using an ATM. Please read further for some safety tips to be mindful of when you withdraw money from an ATM.

  • Do not use an ATM if you suspect it may have been tampered with. Notify the relevant bank and tell them about your suspicions.
  • Stay close to the machine so no one can see your PIN-code.
  • If an ATM will not give back your card, please call +47 23 33 83 32 immediately to block your card.
  • Be careful if a stranger tries to help you when withdrawing money.
  • Always take care of your receipts, bank receipts and information about card balance.
  • Protect your card and your PIN-code.
