Let's introduce to you Matilda Saxer, Junior UX Researcher at our Stockholm office👩🏻💻
What do you do?
I work as a Junior UX Researcher within Digital Experience at Entercard. I’m part of a rotational program and previously worked in Customer Service, where I gained direct insight into our customers’ needs and challenges.
In my role, I help ensure that customer-facing work is clearly understood before development starts. I gather and structure customer insights through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
My focus is to make customer problems, behaviours, and risks visible early, so decisions are based on real user needs and work is safe to start.
What does your team do?
The Digital Experience team ensures that customer-facing work is clear, aligned, and safe to start before development begins. We operate at initiative level to clarify problems, define scope, and surface risks early. This reduces rework, avoids late surprises, and improves delivery predictability.
We enable Entercard to deliver digital experiences that are:
predictable to build,
consistent across channels,
safe for customers
By making decisions visible and structured early, we help Digital become more predictable and easier to scale.
What is the best thing about Entercard?
The best thing about Entercard is definitely the culture and my colleagues. There is a very open and supportive environment where people are approachable, collaborative, and always willing to help. As someone early in my career, it makes a big difference to be surrounded by people who encourage learning and growth.
How is it to work with your role in the finance industry?
Working as a UX researcher in the finance industry is both interesting and meaningful. It involves simplifying complex services and making them more accessible for customers. It’s rewarding to contribute to experiences that impact people’s everyday financial lives, while also working in an industry that is constantly evolving.
